For a problem with the app

The quickest way is from inside the app: Help → Share → For support. It hands the recording, the heart-rate table and the event log to your mail app in one message, so we see what the app saw. Add two lines:

“The recording should have run all night.”

What happened

“It stopped at 03:12 and the notification was gone.”

Your phone

Brand and model, Android version. The app version is on the menu's bottom line.

Recordings you send us are read to answer you and then deleted. See the privacy policy.

For plans and payments

Refunds and billing are handled by Google Play, not by us. Open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. If a plan you paid for does not show in the app, write to us with the order number from Google Play's receipt.

For clinicians and researchers

The app writes standard EDF+ with the single ECG channel at 130 Hz, an R-R channel and annotations for marks. A 12-minute synthetic sample is available on request. We are glad to hear what would make a shared recording more useful to you.

For sponsors

The version in the store records and does not interpret, because interpreting makes it a medical device and the United States requires FDA clearance for that. The analysis the maker built for his own heart exists. Taking it through a formal study, a quality system and the FDA process is beyond one person. If you or your organisation would like to sponsor or partner on that path, write to the same address with “Sponsoring” in the subject line.
